We operate a CHALLENGE 25 policy. If you look under 25 you will be asked to prove your age to qualify for an ‘Over 18’ wristband. Acceptable forms of Id are; a card with the ‘PASS’ hologram, a photo driving license or a passport. You will need to show an ‘Over 18’ wristband to purchase alcohol in the bar.
We have a number of caterers serving a broad range of local produce including v&v options, teas, coffees and other refreshments.
PLEASE NOTE : As a fundraiser, it is our policy to make sure that the food is of the highest quality, freshly sourced from local producers. The food will be reasonably priced and we would ask that you make use of our catering instead of bringing your own food in to the site. This helps to keep rubbish down and boosts the coffers for the charities involved in catering for this event.
