Tickets are sold for the event by The Plough Arts Centre on behalf of Elevation593, Devon (the ‘Promoter’) subject to license approval, the Terms and Conditions below, and the rules and regulations of the Elevation 593 Music Festival as detailed on the ticket or displayed at the venue (the “Site”).
These Terms and Conditions contain important information, please read them carefully. The use of your ticket and entry onto the site shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these Terms and Conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets, to refuse admission, to eject the holder or to confiscate offending articles, as the case may be, and in any case to retain any monies paid for the ticket.
Tickets cannot be transferred, re-sold, refunded or re-issued. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter or one of its authorised agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the site.
No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the prior written consent of the Promoter, and any ticket so used will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the site.
Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter’s right to alter or vary the performances without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
In the event of cancellation of The Festival refunds will be available from point of sale for the face value only.
All children aged under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult (aged over 18). Any children attempting to enter the site unaccompanied by an adult will be refused entry. The Promoter is not responsible for the welfare of any children. Proof of age may be required on Site.
Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or undelivered tickets cannot be replaced or refunded. There will be no admission without a valid ticket. When you receive your tickets, please check them carefully, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Keep tickets in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight, heat or water can sometimes damage tickets.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival. SIA accredited security personnel will conduct security searches of persons entering the Site to ensure the safety of the persons on Site and to prevent prohibited items entering the site.
No glass bottles, cans, glass, alcohol, tents (except in the designated tent camping area) or wind breaks, may be brought onto the site. Any found will be confiscated. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals up to 500ml are permitted in the concert arena.
Fireworks, weapons, knives, smoke canisters, pressurised aerosol canisters or other similar articles are not permitted within the site. Any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected from the site.
No illegal substances may be brought onto the site. Any found will be reported to the Police.
No so-called ‘Legal’ highs are permitted on site. People observed using these substances will be ejected without refund.
Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the Promoter may be ejected from the site.
Admission to the site is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Neither The Promoter nor The Landowners are responsible for loss or damage to property or persons whilst attending this event.
Official merchandise, food, drink and general provisions will be available from authorised vendors within the site. No trading shall be undertaken without the prior written consent of the Promoter and any offenders may have their property confiscated and be ejected from the site.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists for commercial purposes is prohibited.
As part of our future promotions ticket holders hereby consent to our filming with audio and or photographing during the event and that these images will include such video, audio and or photographs of crowds and individuals and grants all-media worldwide rights on such to the Promoter.
No animals are allowed on-site, except Guide dogs for the blind.
By law, smoking is not permitted in enclosed spaces, buildings or marquees.
WARNING: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO HEARING. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT STROBE LIGHTING MAY BE USED DURING THE FESTIVAL.
